General
Why can't I see certain modules?
Your account may not have the required role assigned. Contact your system administrator to request access. Each module requires specific role permissions.
What currency does the system use?
The system uses AED (UAE Dirham) as the default currency. All monetary values are displayed in AED unless otherwise specified. Currency settings can be configured in Settings > General > Currency Alerts.
Can I use the platform on my mobile device?
The application is designed primarily for desktop browsers. While the interface is accessible on tablets, we recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience, especially for data-heavy pages like Payroll, Dispatch, and Fleet.
How do I switch between modules?
Use the module selector dropdown at the top of the sidebar.
Dispatch
How do I create a new booking?
Go to Dispatch > Bookings and click Add Booking. Fill in the client, pickup/dropoff locations, date, and vehicle details.
What is the difference between a booking and a trip?
A booking is a reservation from a client. A trip is the actual journey that is dispatched and tracked. Bookings are converted to trips when assigned to a driver.
How does live tracking work?
Go to Dispatch > Live Tracking to see all active vehicles on a real-time map. Each vehicle's position is updated continuously.
Fleet
How do I add a new vehicle?
Go to Fleet > Vehicles and click Add Vehicle. Fill in the plate number, brand, model, year, and other details.
How often should I schedule maintenance?
The system tracks maintenance via service period (km). Set the service interval when configuring vehicle maintenance, and the system will flag vehicles due for service.
What types of inspections are supported?
The system supports configurable inspection checklists. Go to Fleet > Inspections to create and manage inspection records.
HR
How do I submit a leave request?
Go to HR > Leave > My Leave Requests and click New Request. Select the leave type, dates, and provide a reason.
How does the attendance system work?
Attendance can be recorded through check-in/check-out in the app, or imported via bulk upload. Go to HR > Attendance to view and manage records.
Can employees swap shifts?
Yes. Go to HR > Work Schedule > Swap Requests to submit or approve shift swap requests between employees.
Finance
How are salary formulas calculated?
Salary calculations are based on Salary Schemas configured in Finance > Payroll > Salary Configuration. Each schema defines earning components, deduction components, and commission tiers. See Formula Builder for details.
What depreciation method should I choose?
- Straight Line — Spreads cost evenly over the useful life
- Declining Balance — Higher depreciation in early years
- None — No depreciation tracking

Can a fine be converted to a loan?
Yes. Approved fines can be converted to loans, allowing repayment in installments. See Converting Fines to Loans.
What is OCR receipt scanning?
OCR automatically reads the amount from a receipt photo when creating a cash deposit. See OCR Receipt Scanning.
Employees
How do I create a new employee?
Go to Employees and click Create Employee. Fill in personal information, department, and contact details.
Where can I see all data for one employee?
Click on any employee to open their detail page, which has tabs for About, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Loans, Benefits, Allowance, and more.
Settings
How do I create a new role?
Go to Settings > General > Roles and click Add Role. Define the role name and select the permissions for each module.
How do I manage departments?
Go to Settings > General > Departments to view, create, edit, and manage departments.
How do I configure public holidays?
Go to Settings > General > Holidays to add and manage public holiday dates for your company.
