Getting Started

Learn how to access and start using the TransportechAI platform.

This guide walks you through accessing TransportechAI and understanding its core modules.

Logging In

  1. Open your browser and go to the TransportechAI URL provided by your company
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Sign In

If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it via email.

Platform Overview

After logging in, you will see the sidebar menu on the left. The sidebar organizes the platform into these sections:

FleetManage vehicles, maintenance, inspections, and warehouses
HRHandle attendance, leave requests, schedules, and benefits
FinanceProcess payroll, expenses, reimbursements, and financial tracking
EmployeesView and manage employee profiles and records
OwnerAccess high-level financial and operations reports
SettingsConfigure roles, departments, permissions, and system preferences

Permissions

Your access depends on your assigned role. Each role has specific permissions that determine which modules and actions you can use. Contact your system administrator if you need access to additional modules.

Module Selector

Use the module selector dropdown at the top of the sidebar to switch between modules. Only modules you have permission to access will appear.
