It gives you centralized control over every physical and human asset involved in your transport operations -- from the vehicles in your fleet and the drivers behind the wheel, to maintenance schedules, safety inspections, incident records, EV charging sessions, warehouse inventory, and external service vendors.

How Fleet Connects to Other Modules
The Fleet module does not operate in isolation. Data from Fleet feeds directly into other areas of TransportechAI:
| Connected Module | Relationship |
|---|---|
| Finance > Vehicle Assets | Vehicles registered in Fleet can be tracked as financial assets with depreciation, ROI, and profit/loss analysis |
| Finance > Expenses | Maintenance and repair costs flow into the Expenses module for approval and financial reporting |
| Finance > Fines | Incidents and traffic violations can result in fines issued through the Finance module |
| Dispatch | Vehicle availability and driver assignments from Fleet determine what resources are available for dispatch |
| HR > Employees | Driver records in Fleet are linked to employee profiles in the HR module |
Keeping your Fleet data accurate and up to date is critical. Vehicle availability, driver assignments, and maintenance schedules directly affect dispatch operations and financial reporting across the entire platform.
