The HR module is a comprehensive human resources management system designed for fleet management companies. It centralizes all people operations -- from tracking employee attendance and managing leave balances, to scheduling shifts, handling swap requests, and administering benefits and allowances.
How to Access
Navigate to HR in the sidebar menu. You must have a role with HR permissions to access this module.
Available Sub-Modules

The HR module integrates with the Finance module. Leave balances and attendance records feed into payroll calculations, ensuring accurate salary processing each pay cycle.
Getting Started
If you are setting up the HR module for the first time, we recommend following this order:
- Configure Leave Types -- Define the types of leave available in your organization (annual, sick, unpaid, etc.)
- Set Up Schedule Types -- Create the shift templates that match your operational needs
- Allocate Leave Balances -- Assign starting leave balances to each employee
- Assign Shifts -- Build the initial shift schedule and assign employees
- Configure Benefits & Allowances -- Set up any benefits and recurring allowances
Once configuration is complete, employees can begin submitting attendance records and leave requests through the system.
