Overview of the Employee Compensation module — view consolidated financial data for all employees and drivers.
The Employee Compensation module provides a consolidated view of all financial data related to employees and drivers, including salary, deductions, fines, loans, and net pay.

What You'll See
The main page displays a table of all employees and drivers with their compensation summary. This gives finance teams and owners a quick overview of how much each person earns and what deductions are applied.
Employee Types
The system supports two types of employees:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Staff | Office and administrative employees with fixed salary structures |
| Driver | Fleet drivers whose compensation may include commission-based earnings |
Filtering
Use the status tabs at the top to filter by employee status:
- All — Show all employees
- Active — Only currently active employees
- Inactive — Only inactive or suspended employees
A search bar allows you to find specific employees by name.
