Field Description Employee Name Full name of the employee or driver Type Employee type — Staff or Driver Department The department the employee belongs to Role The employee's job role/title Status Current status — Active or Inactive Base Salary The employee's base salary amount (AED) Allowances Total allowances assigned to the employee Deductions Total deductions applied Net Pay Final pay amount after all calculations
Field Description Base Salary Fixed monthly salary amount Commission Variable earnings based on performance (applicable to drivers) Allowances Additional fixed payments (housing, transport, etc.) Overtime Additional pay for hours worked beyond standard schedule Bonus One-time or periodic bonus payments Total Earnings Sum of all earning components
Field Description Income Tax Tax withholding amount Social Security Social security contribution Loan Repayment Monthly installment for active loans Fine Deduction Deductions for approved fines Custom Deductions Any additional deduction components configured in the salary schema Total Deductions Sum of all deduction components
Field Description Gross Pay Total earnings before deductions Net Pay Gross pay minus total deductions Pay Period The period this compensation applies to (e.g., January 2025)
