Vehicle Asset Management
Track vehicles as financial assets including purchase costs, depreciation, and ROI analysis.
The Vehicle Asset Management module lets you register and track each vehicle in your fleet as a financial asset. It provides a consolidated view of purchase costs, depreciation, revenue, expenses, and return on investment (ROI) for every vehicle.

Why Track Vehicles as Assets?
Every vehicle in your fleet represents a significant financial investment. By registering vehicles as assets, you gain visibility into:
- How much each vehicle has cost to purchase and maintain
- How much revenue each vehicle is generating
- Whether a vehicle is profitable, breaking even, or operating at a loss
- How depreciation affects the true value of your fleet over time
What You Will See
The main page displays a table of all registered vehicle assets with key financial metrics at a glance.
Table Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Vehicle | Brand, model, year, and plate number |
| Earning | Total revenue generated by the vehicle |
| Total Expenses | All expenses charged to the vehicle |
| ROI % | Return on investment as a percentage |
| Net Profit | Revenue minus all costs |
| Status | Current asset status (Active, Inactive, Sold, Written Off) |
| Drivers | Drivers currently assigned to the vehicle |
| Date Added | When the asset record was created |
Status Tabs
Use the tabs at the top of the table to filter by status:
- All -- Show all vehicle assets regardless of status
- Active -- Vehicles currently in service and generating revenue
- Inactive -- Vehicles temporarily out of service
- Sold -- Vehicles that have been sold
- Written Off -- Vehicles that are a total loss
You can also use the search bar to find vehicles by plate number, brand, or model.
Expandable Row Details
Click the expand arrow on any row to see a quick summary of detailed financial data without leaving the list view. The expanded section includes five areas:

|---|---|
| Growth | Total revenue, lifetime and monthly net profit, ROI earnings, ROI percentage |
| Cost | Total expenses, monthly expenses, total fines |
| Driver Stats | Per-driver breakdown of revenue, commission, expenses, and fines |
| Maintenance | Total maintenance cost, service intervals, and last maintenance details |
| Asset Data | Purchase price, depreciation, commission rate, and profit status |
