Overview of the Finance Dashboard — key metrics, charts, and financial insights at a glance.
The Finance Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring the financial health of your fleet operations. It provides real-time metrics, trend charts, and top performer rankings.

Dashboard Toolbar
At the top of the dashboard, a date range selector allows you to filter all metrics and charts for a specific time period. By default, the dashboard shows data for the current month.
Key Metrics (Row 1)
The first row displays four summary cards:

|---|---|
| Total Income | Combined revenue from all sources (ride-hailing, bookings, corporate billing) |
| Net Profit | Total income minus all expenses, fines, and deductions |
| Total Fines | Sum of all fines issued during the selected period |
| Payroll Summary | Total payroll amount processed during the selected period |
Each card shows the current value and a percentage change compared to the previous period.
Payroll Breakdown (Row 2)
Three cards showing payroll component breakdowns:

| Total Deductions | Sum of all salary deductions (tax, social security, loans, fines) |
| Total Reimbursements | Sum of all reimbursement payouts |
| Total Allowances | Sum of all allowances paid to employees |
Expense Breakdown (Row 3)
A full-width section showing a detailed breakdown of expenses by category. This helps identify which expense categories consume the most budget.
Revenue Summary (Row 4)
Four cards showing revenue breakdown by source:

| Cash In Hand | Cash collected by drivers and pending deposit |

Cash Flow & Profitability (Row 5)

Top 5 Rankings (Row 6)
Three ranking cards showing top performers and outliers:

| Highest Expenses | The 5 employees/drivers with the highest expense claims |
| Highest Fines | The 5 employees/drivers with the most fines |
Revenue Distribution (Row 7)
Detailed breakdowns of:
- Ride-Hailing Distribution — Revenue distribution by platform or area
- Booking Distribution — Revenue distribution by booking type
- Top Cost Drivers — Employees/drivers with the highest operational costs
Tips
Use the date range selector to compare different periods. For example, compare this month's performance with last month to identify trends.
Dashboard data updates in real-time as new records are added to the system. Refresh the page to see the latest data.
